"Don't come out of houses", High alert on LoC
The Army and BSF announced high Alert in Indo-Pak border control line (LoC) and international border (IB) areas. People in the villages of these areas issued orders not to come out of the house.
The decision was taken by the officials as Pakistani fighter jets to try to enter the Indian territory by violating the Line of Control and the heavy gunfire by Pakistan over the last night.
Educational institutions near to five kilometres from LoC districts Rajouri and Poonch were ordered to shut down.
Pakistan, in the Jammu, Rajouri and Poonch districts, has committed a violation of the border with mortar shells.
Some people in the border areas have already moved to other areas in fear. Pakistan has made it clear that their planes are going beyond the control line for self-defence.
India, however, claimed that the Pakistani warplanes had been abolished. On the other hand, Pakistan Army mortar shells are fired from the homes of villagers. Military sources have revealed that Pakistan has been using these villages to protect themselves.
India is destroying Pakistan army posts without any harm to citizens. Speaking to the media, Defense Department spokesman said, "India has already destroyed five posts of the Pakistan Army.”
