Telangana Home Minister Tested Positive With COVID-19

The home minister of the state TelanganaMahmood Ali tested COVID19 positive on Sunday. The minister is undergoing treatment at Apollo hospital in Hyderabad. He has undergone tests 3-days ago after his 5 gunmen were tested positive with the Coronavirus.

The minister has been suffering from Asthma for the last few days; his family members shifted him to the hospital. Mahmood Ali's residence and the surroundings were disinfected. Other ministers and public representatives are inquiring about the minister's health condition.

On June 25, 5 of the gunmen of Minister Mahmood Ali was found to be infected with ghastly virus following which the minister was placed in quarantine. The gunmen are learned to have contracted the virus from a visitor.

Earlier, 3 MLAs from Nizamabad Rural and Jangaon, Nizamabad Urban were tested positive withCOVID-19. All are undergoing treatment at a corporate hospital in Hyderabad. As the virus is spreading fast, political leaders, bureaucrats, and their staff are falling prey to it.
