15 Police Officials Tested Positive For Coronavirus In Hyderabad
Despite the excessive spread of coronavirus, many of the public duties and services from the administration resumed of late. After the partial lift of strict regulations, many cases spiked creating much loss in the people. Recently the virus began to transmit not only in the community and common people but also into the public service members, government officers and other employees. However, proper measures are yet to be taken by the administration to put a check to the virus.
The staff at Banjarahills Police Station in Hyderabad is presently performing out a total of 150 duties and out of them, 50 have been tested for coronavirus and finally, 15 police officials at the Police Station were found to be infected with the coronavirus. While 10 people have been diagnosed with coronavirus in the past and five more are tested positive for coronavirus today.
Five new cases have found positive on Friday after a sub-inspector and nine constables diagnosed positive on Thursday. SI, two constables and two home guards have been confirmed that they are infected with the COVID 19. The doctors suggested that all the officials should be in home-quarantine for 14 days.
On the other side, DGP Mahender Reddy issued a notice to the police officials in Telangana with coronary symptoms to quit working till they get well and self-isolate at home.
