Anti-Trust Probe against Google-India
A matter of Anti-trust is been examined, by the Competition Commission of India, from last year before, opening an investigation by anti-trust watchdog this April. The matter is against Google, who has already faced a fine of 5 billion dollars, for the European Union.
According to the European Union, Google had made perversions of its power of dominance of its mobile operating system, Android. In simpler words, Google was using its power in the wrong ways, for which it had been fined. Now, these similar conditions are with India too.
The findings are going on, the bit will take about a year to complete the anti-trust probe against Google, and CCI might call Google executives in incoming months for the inquiry. If Google is found guilty with all the proofs, the CCI could impose a fine of about 10 percent of the company’s earnings and also of its SEO in the last 3 financial years.
