The judgment stated that if a car has an H4 Bulb, the vehicle user can only use H4 bulb in it, the owner cannot replace it with LED or HID alternative modifications as they are illegal.

Every part used in the car undergoes homologation as per legal requirements, all these are instructed according to the regulations set, the parts that are certified are illegal to be modified, and that there should be a complete ban on using alternative bulbs.
