Direct Law For Immigration Fraud
The director of US Citizenship and immigration services (UCCIS), L Francis Cissna, dismissed the leadership of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Cissna made a bold statement that forces a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the investigative arm of DHS that will require the prosecution of immigration fraud.
The Director L Francis Cissna has been in the position for the last sixteen years and known to be the best of all. Though many think that US President Trump’s immigration agenda policies are aggressively pursued, USCIS does not think so.
In the past a group of officers of FDNS used to gather pieces of evidence, detect crimes, investigate the immigration crimes, write a report and then submit to CIA, to seek prosecutions against them. However FDNS were not allowed to carry weapons or did not have arrest authority, and the CIA was busy in their own workload.
President Barak Obama divided the CIA into two fields, ERO Enforcement and Removal Operation, and HSI Homeland Security Investigation.
However neither of them investigate immigration crimes, they only remove those who are convicted.
