Fight Over Illegal Immigrants and Developments
The final 7th phase of Lok Sabha will be held on 19Th May in Basirhat, West Bengal. Here, the election is a direct fight between Mamata Banerjee and Modi. BJP is all with nationalism, stopping of cow slaughter and trafficking of human beings, whereas Mamata Banerjee's clear view is the development of the state.
The foremost issue of the immigrants from Bangladeshi Muslims happens in Basirhat as it lays on the banks of the great Ichchamati River, which flows between India and Bangladesh. Every year after Durga Puja, the idol of Goddess is immersed in this river by both the countries, however taking this opportunity the Bangladeshi Muslims illegally migrate into Indian borders.
This all mess was OK until now, but during the BJP regime, strict actions and campaigns were arranged against illegal Muslim immigrants, which was a great relief. There is about 50% of the Muslim population here, the Hindu Muslim divides are sharpening, where the restaurants add- Hindu, as an indication that the beef is not sold here, as Cow slaughter is perfectly legal here.
