Google Server Is Down, The User Is Facing Issues With Email Service

Since midnight Google's Gmail is not working properly. Gmail users in India and other parts of the world are facing issues with the email service.

Users said that they are unable to send attachments through Gmail. The outage appears to have affected G Suite users as well.

Google's Drive has also been affected. According to some users, Drive failed to upload files, download files, and share them with others.

Most of the people are able to send images, but not able to attach files. Some users complained that while we upload the attachment, its getting uploaded slowly but eventually leads to an error message saying that I need to check my network.

Google acknowledged the issue being faced by users and said, “We are continuing to investigate this issue. We will provide an update by 8/20/20, 1:39 PM detailing when we expect to resolve the problem.”

Google also updated in the report that problems are being experienced with other products like Google Meet, Google Voice, and Google Docs and it also indicated that few users are also facing issues while uploading content to YouTube.

Users have taken to Twitter to talk about the issues and highlight the problems they are facing with Google’s services.
