Gujarat Man Escaped from the Traffic Fine for not Wearing Helmet

Indian roads are among the most wicked in the world as it takes 1.5 lakh lives each year and most of it is due to people’s lack of knowledge about traffic rules and also some people are irresponsible about the rules, they don't think it is mandatory. For this, the central government has taken serious action by introducing new traffic rules.

The new traffic rules had changed society and the citizens are very careful while driving and also following all the traffic rules properly. But recently a man in Gujarat has escaped from a hefty fine even after violating the traffic rules!

Zakir Mamon, citizens of Gujarat is not fined by the police for not wearing a helmet because the person's head is very big. Surprised! Even the police were amused after listening to him.

He told that his head is very big that he could not a helmet of his size. He also told that 'I respect the law and I want to follow it by wearing a helmet but I have visited all the shops which sell helmets but could not find any helmet which can fit into my head'.

He also said that he has all the relevant documents with him but as far as the helmet is concerned, he is unable to find for his head. 'Zakir also added that he told this unique problem to the cops even before many times. Zakir's family confirmed his problem as they are very much worried because of his head-size problem. His family members also said that Zakir has to pay hefty fines every time he went out of the house on his two-wheelers.

After hearing to the Zakir's concern, the police understood his problem and didn't penalize him. As per the Assistant Sub-Inspector Vasant Rathva, it is a unique problem and hence, they didn't fine him because of his valid reason. The official also said that he is a law-abiding person as he keeps all other relevant documents that are required.
