Hyderabad’s Very Own ‘Swiggy Delivery Girl’

Getting a Swiggy order from a female delivery agent is a rare occurrence. Few of us wouldn't have even idea of it. She is Janani Rao, a 21-year-old who graduated from Villa Marie College in Psychology and Mass Communication hurrying around in the Jubilee hills, Banjara hills, and Somajiguda lanes conveying food.

She says that responding to this call was an unconstrained move and main purpose to land this position was the drive to discredit the social disgrace around ladies. She said, "I didn't perceive any ladies to deliver the food and somebody need to make the stride up, so I did it,". As a psychology graduate, she wants individuals to open for work nobility and fairness.

When asked her about how individuals react, Janani says that it has been a constructive encounter. Many individuals are amazed to get notification from her. She says, "I get posed with a ton of queries, whether Swiggy enables ladies to take up this job. Many individuals are thankful and continue to admire my work and feel good to see ladies delivering the food".

The good reaction is making her feel like whatever she is doing is affecting somebody in a positive way. Discussing wellbeing for ladies in the activity, she says that Swiggy has taken great measures to provide them with pepper sprays and built up selective security application which interfaces them to their crisis contacts. Janani says that she would love to see another female delivery agent in Hyderabad. She also mentions "it is a protected activity and it is energizing to see many ladies taking it up".
