Iconic Fashion Designer Karl Lagerfeld Passed Away
Karl Otto Lagerfeld, one of the most renowned fashion designers passed away on Tuesday. He was 85. According to the French magazine Closer report, Karl died after a prolonged illness.
He was creative director of the French luxury fashion house Chanel and Fendi, which is a popular Italian fur and leather goods fashion house.
He was also running his own fashion label. Popular fashion designers and biggies consider him as fashion cinema's legend.
Sometimes, Karl’s dedication amazes people. He lost 42 kg in 13 months in 2001 and said the reason that he suddenly wanted to dress differently, to wear clothes designed by Hedi Slimane, which were not for his age’ people and so the dresses needed to be very slim.
Apart from fashion designer, Karl is also a photographer, artist, and caricaturist.
