If Tehran attacks, it will be an official end of Iran: Trump
US President Donald Trump issued a stern warning to Iran on Sunday, proposing that if the Islamic republic assaults American interests, it will be annihilated. "In the event that Iran needs to battle, that will be the official end of Iran. Never undermine the United States again," Trump said in a tweet.
Strains among Washington and Tehran have been on the ascent as the United States has conveyed a transporter gathering and B-52 aircraft to the Gulf over what it named Iranian "dangers."
Iran's foreign minister made light of the possibility of another war in the district on Saturday, saying Tehran restricted it and no gathering was under the "illusion" the Islamic republic could be gone up against.
"We are sure... there won't be a war since neither we need war nor does anybody have the figment they can go up against Iran in the district," Mohammad Javad Zarif told state-run news organization IRNA toward the finish of a visit to China.
Iran-US relations hit a new low a year ago as US Trump hauled out of a 2015 atomic arrangement and forced one-sided sanctions that had been lifted in return for Tehran downsizing its atomic program.
