Jawan slaughtered, two harmed as cafe faculty on survey obligation starts shooting in howrah
A jawan of the focal power was killed and two others continued projectile wounds amid terminating at Bagnan in West Bengal's Howrah region on Thursday.
As per reports, faculty of Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) had gathered at one of the camps in Howrah in front of surveying in the Lok Sabha surveys booked on May 6. Police said that Assam Rifles jawan Lakshmikant Barman supposedly started shooting at the other police faculty present in the premises.
The expired jawan has been recognized as Bholanath Das.
The harmed have been distinguished as Anil Rajbanshi and Rantu Mani. Both the harmed have been moved to the medical clinic for treatment. The blamed has been arrested.
The Election Commission has been conveying focal powers for the seven-stage races in Bengal. In the fifth period of surveys in the state planned on May 6, the Commission has plans to send 578 organizations of focal powers.
