Nirav Modi denied bail by UK court
Fugitive businessman Nirav Modi has been denied bail by UK court yet again. This is the third time that he has been denied. Chief Magistrate Emma Arbuthnot denied it during a hearing at UK court where Mr. Modi was present via video conferencing.
On asked, Modi's legal team had no more document to place before the court which clearly means that there is no new petition filed for bail.
