Sri Lanka: 15 Bodies Found In Eastern Town Following “Blast”
Upwards of 15 bodies, including those of six youngsters and three ladies have been found at a house in Sainthamaruthu, situated in Sri Lanka's eastern Ampara locale, Saturday morning.
"A blast happened late night," military representative Brigadier SumithAtapattu revealed to The Hindu. The "blast," he said pursued rounds of gunfire traded between security powers and Easter assaults suspects, who were allegedly close to the house. "We trust they set off the explosives following the gunfire," he said. The military was unfit to affirm if the 15 people discovered dead included suspects or their relatives.
