TDP MPs Protest Against Modi Government for The Cancellation of Vizag Air Show
The NDA government cancelled the Airshow scheduled to be organised as a part of Visakha Utsav-2018. MPs of Telugu Desam Party (TDP) voiced their concerns regarding the issue in front of Parliament on Friday. MPs criticised NDA government for its unilateral decisions against interests of Andhra Pradesh.
MPs claimed that the reason for Airshow cancellation is the vendetta of Narendra Modi against Andhra Pradesh government.
However, officials claim that the arrangements were incomplete and there is no time to process the application of Andhra Pradesh government as they submitted the request very late.
TDP MPs demanded that “The Centre should fulfil the promises made by them, otherwise the people of Andhra Pradesh will teach BJP a lesson in the 2019 general elections.”
