Amid Nude Photoshoot, This Actor Receives A Prestigious Award

Bollywood star hero Ranveer Singh has been awarded ‘Brand Endorser Of The Year’ at the International Advertising Leadership Awards for posing nude for a magazine. Today, he shared the award ceremony images on social media and penned a heartfelt note.

He posted, “From starting my professional journey as a copywriter in an advertising agency to now being honoured with the prestigious ‘Brand Endorser Of The Year’ award – life has come full circle! Thank you to the International Advertising Association (IAA) for this recognition, immensely grateful!”

His post on social media has become viral on the internet and all his fans and followers have been congratulating him and on one hand, he gets applauded for his bravery for attempting such a courageous act, but on the other hand, he landed in a legal controversy as two complaints have been registered with Mumbai police by an est-Mumbai based NGO and a woman lawyer alleging the photographs hurt women sentiments.

On the movie front, the actor is going to be seen in his upcoming film Cirkus, being helmed by Rohit Shetty. His recent film Jayeshbhai Jordar became a blockbuster hit that collected Rs 26.31 crores at the box office.
