Celebrities are very much cautious of their image and if an actress gets pregnant before marriage, it can destroy her career. Getting pregnant before marriage is not common in India. There are some actresses who have broken this norm and got pregnant before marriage. Let us have a look –

Mahima Chaudhary –The beautiful actress from ‘Pardes’, who took everyone by surprise with her extra-ordinary performance. She has seen many failures in her relationships in the past. In 2006, she married Bobby Mukherjee. There were rumours that the actress was pregnant when she got married. After she announced her marriage, she also announced her pregnancy.

Neha Dhupia – Neha announced her marriage on social media after she actually got married to her long-time boyfriend Angad Bedi. Angad later revealed that the actress was pregnant before they got married. Angad also told that Neha’s parents scolded him when he broke the news to them.

Sarika – While Kamal Haasan was married, he dated Sarika Thakur and got a divorce from his first wife to marry Sarika. Sarika got reportedly pregnant with their first child Shruti Haasan, while they were dating. The couple, however, lived in a live-in relationship and married quite later.

Konkona Sen Sharma – Konkana was dating co-actor Ranveer Shorey for a long-time. The actress married him in 2010 and gave birth to a baby boy in 2011. This added fuel to fire that she was pregnant before got she married, because everyone was already suspicious as their marriage was announced hastily.

Celina Jaitley – Celina bagged Miss India and Miss Universe titles. She was dating Peter Haag for a long time before she married him. Her husband is located in Dubai, UAE. There were rumours that the ‘No Entry’ actress got pregnant with their twin boys before marriage. The actress gave birth to her twins a few months later.

Amrita Arora – Sister of fashionista Malaika Arora, got married to her boyfriend Shakeel Ladak suddenly and then announced her pregnancy. She delivered the baby a few months after their marriage and this raised suspicions that she was pregnant before marriage and to cover her pregnancy she got married.

Sridevi - One of the most beautiful actresses of all time in the Bollywood industry, Sridevi, actually revealed that she was pregnant before she married Boney Kapoor. Boney was already married when he was dating Sridevi. To marry the actress, he took divorce from his first wife. As per reports, Sridevi was seven months pregnant when she got married.

Veena Malik – Veena Malik was dating Ashmit Patel when they entered reality show Bigg Boss. Veena married a businessman based in Dubai suddenly. There were rumours that the baby was of her ex-boyfriend, but there is no confirmation as such.

Neena Gupta – The versatile actress Neena Gupta recently got famous for her role in the movie ‘Badhaii Ho’. The actress got pregnant while she was dating West Indies cricketer Vivian Richards in the 80s. She could not marry him as he was already married and gave birth to their daughter Masaba.
