Krack Movie Review

The film, Krack was initially scheduled to hit the theatres last summer but due to the Covid-19 pandemic makers have postponed the release. The film finally hit the screens yesterday after facing and clearing the financial problems which caused last-minute problems to the makers. Let’s know the review of the action entertainer.
Movie: Krack
Cast details: Raviteja, Shruti Hassan, Varalakshmi Sharath Kumar, Samudrakhani
Director: Gopichand Malineni
Music: Thaman S
Story:
Ravi Teja playing the character Veerashankar Potharaju, who is a straightforward police officer who fights against those who exhibit anti-social traits. He doesn’t care about the social status and the background of the opposite person and takes strict action if they are found guilty. Incidentally, he was transferred to Kadapa to nab a criminal and in the process, Ravi Shankar (Kondareddya), who is a small-time criminal gets to know about Ravi Teja’s powerful past through Samuthirakani (Kataari Sreenu). The rest of the story shows what really happened between Veerashankar and Kataari Sreenu, and finally who won the battle.
Screen performances :
Finally, Ravi Teja gives full entertainment to his fans as he essays a full-on mass character after a long time. He nails the massy dialogue delivery and body language. Shruti Hassan gets a meaty role and the actress delivers a fine performance and does a superb performance in the penultimate scenes. Samuthirakani is seen as the villain in the movie and he is just ok. Varalaxmi Sarathkumar essays a typical baddie lady, She had essayed similar roles many times in the past. The rest of the cast has done what is expected of them.
Technical Performances:
The cinematography of the film is one of the main assets of the film which was done by GK Vishnu. He tried new camera angles and shots in certain action sequences in the movie, which give a new experience to the audience. These action sequences and other scenes are complemented with Thaman’s background score as he does a good job with the BGM. Director, Gopichand Malineni does not try anything new, either it may be the story or the narrative part. This story has been in usage for quite a while now and he picks the very same set-up. The screenplay is predictable as anyone can guess what happens next in the movie. The movie is projected as a commercial potboiler but it lives up to the hype given to it by the team.
Positive Points:
Ravi Teja’s performance
Sudhakar murder episode
climax scene
Negative Points:
Routine story
Predictable screenplay
Lengthy run-time
Overall Analysis: It is a strictly average movie with little entertainment. Can watch the film for Ravi Teja’s Performance.
