Navdeep Reinvents Himself!

Navdeep Pallapolu, who made his debut in 2004 with patriotic sports drama Jai, is breaking the internet with his latest pictures. He can be seen showing off his newly acquired six-pack abs. The fans are going crazy on his new avatar. What inspired him to do so? He said that life became a bit stagnant, so I decided to reinvent myself like never before.

This avatar is being called as Navneet 2.0. The actor said, “Ever since I changed my profile picture on Monday, I have been flooded with congratulatory calls and messages from fans and friends. It is incredible”. He also quoted, “I have been working on my body for the last six months. You can’t get a body like this overnight. It took a lot of hard work, so all the accolades are much appreciated.”

Navdeep explained about his diet and told that for two months he was on a keto diet with one hour of cardio in the morning and one hour of weight lifting in the evening. He took seven white eggs and keto coffee in breakfast, grilled chicken/fish with grilled veggies in lunch with a keto dessert. He repeated the same for dinner.

Rakul Preet took to her Twitter handle and replied to his picture saying – “Woahhh Navdeep.”

On the work front, Navdeep will be seen next in AA19 starring Allu Arjun, Pooja Hedge and NivethaPethuraj. The movie will be released in 2020. His upcoming movies Seeru and Veeramadevi are also lined up for 2019.
