Vijay Deverakonda Wishes Rashmika Ahead of 'Kuberaa' Release
As the crime thriller "Kuberaa" nears its theatrical release on June 20, Vijay Deverakonda took to social media to extend his best wishes to the team, especially director Sekhar Kammula and lead actress Rashmika Mandanna, his rumored girlfriend. His heartfelt post has reignited relationship speculations, as the duo has long been rumored to be dating.
“Wishing #Kuberaa all the very best as it heads to the big screen,” Vijay wrote on X. He praised Kammula, crediting him for giving many actors hope, including himself during their collaboration on the 2012 film "Life Is Beautiful." Expressing excitement for the film, Vijay said he’s eager to see his favorites—Dhanush, Nagarjuna, and Rashmika—share the screen.
The trailer of "Kuberaa" suggests a gripping story involving government officer Deepak (Nagarjuna) and a mysterious beggar Deva (Dhanush) attempting to bring down a powerful business tycoon (Jim Sarbh). However, just before their mission reaches its climax, Deva vanishes with a huge sum of money.
The film is produced by Puskur Rammohan Rao under Amigos Creations and features a robust supporting cast including Dalip Tahil, Sayaji Shinde, and others. Devi Sri Prasad has composed the music, and Niketh Bommireddy is the cinematographer. The film has generated significant anticipation.
