Andhra Pradesh: Nara Lokesh's Yuva Galam yatra is scheduled to continue
On November 27, On Monday, Nara Lokesh's Yuva Galam Padayatra is scheduled to resume, more than two months after its interruption in the East Godavari district. The hiatus was prompted by the arrest of his father and TDP supremo, N Chandrababu Naidu, on September 9 in connection with the skill development corporation fraud. The decision to recommence the Padayatra follows the recent grant of bail to Naidu by the High Court.
Commencing from Podalada in the Dr. BR Ambedkar Konaseema district, Nara Lokesh will continue his yatra. The route is set to traverse through Razole, Mummidivaram, Pithapuram, Tuni, and Kakinada (both urban and rural) in the former East Godavari district. The yatra is projected to conclude in Visakhapatnam by the end of December, marking the entry into the Anakapalli district. It is noteworthy that the initial plan was to conclude the Padayatra in the Srikakulam district at Ichchapuram.
Lokesh's expedited completion of the walkathon is aimed at allowing him to focus on formulating the electoral strategy in light of Naidu's recent incarceration.
