Monday Is Chandrababu's Most Important Day
TDP President Chandrababu Naidu would have served his thirty days in Rajahmundry Central Jail by tomorrow, October 9. He has not yet been the subject of any evidence in the Skill Development Scam from the AP Government or CID.
It would be a critical Monday for TDP chief Chandrababu. On the ninth, the decisions on the cases the CID and the police brought against him, as well as his bail requests, will be made.
The judgement on the bail applications that Chandrababu Babu filed independently in relation to the Amaravati Inner Ring Road, Fibernet, and the Angallu incident will be made public by High Court Judge Justice K. Suresh Reddy.
It is known that after the recent conclusion of the arguments in these instances, the judgement has been reserved. However, the Supreme Court will consider Chandrababu's request to quash the lawsuit in the Skill Development case on Monday.
On the ninth, the ACB court will declare its decision about the bail petition he submitted, asking to be released on bond in the same case. In addition, the TDP chief's appeal to return to police custody will be addressed by an order from the CID.
It is known that the magistrate moved the judgement to Monday after the arguments on the detention and bail applications concluded in the ACB court on Friday. Whether Chandrababu will be helped by these instances is a matter of great curiosity in this context.
