PM Modi government lauded by Donald Trump, says Yogi Adithyanath at Bengal rally

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath finally at Purulia addressed a Bharatiya Janata Party rally in Mamata Banerjee's home turf West Bengal. While addressing he said that when Donald Trump was contesting the election in 2016, he had praised Narendra Modi's governance.

He also mentioned that Donald Trump said that the US government will work the same way as Indian government works under Narendra Modi.

West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee's administration had denied landing permissions to Yogi Adityanath and a number of other BJP leaders including Shivraj Singh Chouhan, Shahnawaz Hussain. The Tuesday rally comes on the backdrop of a massive political showdown between Mamata Banerjee and CBI.

Yogi Adityanath also attacked Mamta on this saying, "You have seen Mamata (Banerjee) saving a corrupt officer in Saradha chit fund scam. There cannot be a more shameful and condemnable act (than this) in a democracy."
