TRS Passes Resolution To Combat Religious Intolerance

Telangana ruling party TRS celebrated its 21st foundation day on a grand scale at the HICC centre in Hyderabad. TRS President and Telangana CM K Chandrashekhar Rao arrived and hoisted the TRS flag.
The CM also paid floral tributes to the martyr's memorial. During the TRS party foundation day, the party passed 13 Resolutions. Out of 13 one resolution was to fight against religious intolerance.
The TRS has resolved to fight against religious intolerance and protect national integrity and the nation's unique culture.
The TRS plenary observed that the growing religious intolerance would weaken the nation on all fronts. The party called on the people to fight unitedly against the 'barbaric' acts by some political forces and spread the message of love and peace.
Telangana State Planning Board vice-chairman B Vinod Kumar said the communal politics of the BJP govt pose a threat to India's future. He denounced union Home Minister Amit Shah's statement calling for the Uniform Civil Code. He pointed out that all the laws except the Family laws were the same for people of all religions.
