IPL 2023 Will Start On March 31 With GT-CSK Playing First.
The tournament will comprise 70 matches from March 31 to May 21 spread across 12 locations, starting five days after the first Women's Premier League season ends on March 26.
Beginning on March 31, the Indian Premier League 2023 will include a match between heavyweights Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and the reigning champion Gujarat Titans (GT).
The T20 cricket spectacular will take place at 12 different locations, with the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad serving as both the opening site on March 31 and the tournament's final location on May 28.
The IPL 2023 matches would be held in 12 different locations: Mohali, Lucknow, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Kolkata, Guwahati , Jaipur, Mumbai, (the second home of the Royals), and Dharamsala (the second home of the Kings). The league will resume its normal home-and-away format in India, where each team will play a total of 14 games, for the first time since 2019.
