India vs South Africa, 2020: 1st ODI

The 1^st match of the three-match ODI series between India and South Africa will be played today at Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association Stadium in Dharamsala.

Both the teams are all set to face each other in a 3-match ODI series in India. India, against New Zealand, faced a clear and humiliating whitewash and South Africa coming from a dominating 3-0 whitewash against Australia In South Africa.

India will see new players being added in the squad with Shikhar Dhawan, Hardik Pandya and Bhuvaneswar Kumar making a comeback. Dhawan slots right back at the top, providing much-needed experience there, particularly in the absence of the injured Rohit Sharma.

There are slight chances of rain on the matchday but it will not affect the length of the match. The wind will be blowing at a rate of 11 and 17 km/hr whereas the temperature will hover between 8 and 13 Degree Celsius.
