The first of the five-match T20I series between New Zealand and India will be played on 24 January 2020 at the Eden Park in Auckland.

India won the series against Australia and is now all set to face New Zealand. India will go for senior players with the newcomers also getting a chance to test their luck.

It can be a tricky ground, with short boundaries and lights taking effect late. India will be going with the expected eleven. Rishabh Pant has now lost his spot in all three formats. KL Rahul will keep the wickets.
