Prithvi Shaw fell just one run short for creating history in IPL
In a match between Delhi Capital and Kolkata Knight Riders, Prithvi Shaw was heartbroken as he fell just one run short from creating history in IPL.
Prithvi Shaw scored 99 runs in just 55 balls and while he was trying to get the triple score on board he was dismissed by Lockie Ferguson.
Had he scored 100, he could have been the youngest centurion to score a ton with his age of 19 years and 142 days. The title is currently held by Sunrisers Hyderabad batsman Manish Pandey who had scored the ton at age of 19 years and 253 days.
Prithvi, however, had a superb inning with12 boundaries and three sixes.
