27-year old Hyderabadi dies in a car crash in San Francisco
The man named Sayyed Waseem Ali has lost his life in a car accident in Bayview district of San Francisco. The incident took place on 23rd June at 1.15 AM, when his vehicle has collided with another vehicle between Third Street and Paul Avenue intersection. As confirmed by the officials, he died on the spot. A woman, who was injured in the accident was rushed to the nearby hospital and was later declared dead by the hospital staff.
The passersby told the police that the incident was terrible and both the vehicles collided with a lot of force. Sayyed, who was 27 years old, was a resident of Walnut Ave in California. His family members are in complete shock and have urged the External Minister Mr. S. Jaishankar, to help expedite the visa process. They have decided to perform his last rites in the US. They have also sought help from Telangana Chief Minister Mr. K. Chandrashekar Rao and Hyderabad’s US consulate. The family members expect that a thorough investigation of the accident is done by local US authorities and the External Affairs ministry actively takes up this issue with them.
It is evident that more than 6 million car accidents happen in the US every year. And more than 90 people die every day in these accidents.
