On Friday morning, a fire broke out at the newly completed Dr. B.R.Ambedkar Telangana Secretariat Complex building.

Upon receiving the information, around 12 fire engines hurried to the scene, and both the fire department and police forces assisted in the firefighting.
According to fire officials, the fire has been entirely extinguished.
DG Y. Nagi Reddy of the Fire Department and other top authorities visited the site and observed the operation. The cause of the fire has yet to be determined. There have been no recorded casualties.
Telangana CM KCR will dedicate the new secretariat, which cost many crores to build, on February 17. The newly constructed secretariat will be named after BR Ambedkar, the creator of the Indian Constitution.
