Akhil Akkineni is currently working on the upcoming movie Agent which is progressing at a brisk pace under the direction of Surender Reddy and the film is all set to release on 12th August 2022. The film also features Sakshi Vaidya and Mammootty in lead roles.

Akhil Akkineni is essaying the role of a spy in the movie. The few images of Akhil from the shooting spot are doing rounds on social media and the netizens are saying that his look is inspired by Jon Snow from Game of Thrones. It is known that Jon Snow became the most heroic character in the series.

Jon Snow is a fictional character in the A Song of Ice and Fire series of fantasy novels by American author George RR Martin, and its television adaptation Game of Thrones, in which he is essayed by English actor Kit Harington.

The spy thriller drama Agent will be Akhil’s first release in 2022 and a few weeks ago, the makers released the first look poster of Mammootty from the movie. The actor has seen in the role of an army officer and the film Agent marks the first time collaboration of Akhil Akkineni and Surender Reddy. Akhil will be seen in an action-packed role in the film, Agent.
