Alia Bhatt To Be Brave: Rajamouli

Bollywood diva Alia Bhatt is all set to make her debut in Tollywood Industry with an upcoming big-budget and multilingual drama RRR directed by SS Rajamouli of Baahubali and Eega fame. Recently it was heard that Alia Bhatt has walked out from RRR but the makers confirmed that she is still the part of RRR and will be seen playing one of the leading lady.

RRR maker Rajamouli said that Alia was all set to join the sets in Pune but because of COVID-19 lockdown, the schedule got delayed. The next schedule will be started soon after the lockdown will be lifted. When Rajamouli was asked about Alia Bhatt’ role in RRR, he said, “We needed an actress who can perform along with actors like Young Tiger Jr NTR and Mega Power Star Ram Charan.

The actress should look both innocent and brave. We felt that Alia is the perfect choice for this role and we brought her on the board to play the female lead in RRR. Alia Bhatt is paired up with Ram Charan in the movie RRR”.

RRR is being made on the whopping budget of Rs 350 Cr and is financed by DVV Danayya and it has the music by MM Keeravani.
