All Courts In Telangana Closed Till April 14
Telangana high court on Friday issued orders which decree all courts and tribunals subordinate to remain shut until 14 April.
The order also applies to all the State Legal Services Authority, Mediation and Arbitration Centre, High Court Legal Services Committee and Telangana State Judicial Academy.
However, these exclude all the urgent cases that will be heard through video conference or Skype. Lawyers and senior officials can file their case through the email provided (email id: reg.gen-tshc@aij.gov.in). These will be seen by RG and important ones will be presented before the chief justice who will permit to list the matters before any bench of the HC.
Lawyers and petitioners would get the details through a short messaging service (SMS). The judges would hear them through their respective home-offices and necessary procedures would be taken in this regard.
These crucial decisions were taken by the High Court after a meeting chaired by Chief Justice Raghvendra Singh Chauhan and attended by Justice M.S. Ramachandra Rao and Justice A. Rajasheker Reddy.
The principal district judges and unit heads are directed to submit day-to-day reports to the High Court. All the staff of courts in the state, except a few notified ones, were asked to stay home but be available over phones.
