Ambani’s to take small stepping stones toward taking on Amazon & Walmart.
Mumbai: Chairman of Reliance group of industries, Asia’s richest man Mukesh Ambani is pacing slowly towards the strategy of taking over giant e-markets Amazon and Walmart.
The telecommunication market is already shaken up by the Jio brand introduced by Ambani's, and now with a 2.5 billion along with more than two dozens of deals, the man is all slowly gliding towards taking over the largest online stores.
While all the deals are tinny and details are too minute, it won’t be a surprise that the son of petrochemical business and oil-refinery builder, Dhirubhai Ambani, there will not be a single stone left unturned.
India is a giant market for both consumers and businessmen, and to take away in this marketing battlefield with Amazon and Walmart will make the e-market a big platform.
However, the representatives of Amazon and Walmart were unavailable to comment on any going on the procedure.
