Anushka On Casting Couch In Tollywood

Anushka Shetty, who is called the lady boss of the south-Indian film industry, is straightforward, talented, and beautiful too. The casting couch has been a problem for a long time in the industry. Though every place has this problem, the film industry has too much of this! There are many small-time actresses of Tollywood who have spoken out about the reality of the film industry, but no big actress till now said a word on it.
Actresses like Rakul Preet Singh even said that there is no existence of casting couch in Tollywood, which is certainly hard to believe. But, after a long gap, Anushka has spoken a few words on it. When she asked about casting couch and if she has any MeToo experiences, she said that she doesn’t say that casting couch doesn’t exist, but said that she doesn’t have any such experience, as she is straightforward and frank.
“It is wrong that someone expects that kind of favor from a woman in return. Also, I believe it is the personal choice of who is being approached. I have always been straightforward. One should always choose between ‘easy ways and less fame’ and ‘harder ways and sustainability’. Only if you say ‘NO’, men will start respecting woman,” said Anushka.
Anushka also said that she is friendly to everyone but never gave anyone a chance to exploit her. On the film front, the beauty has worked hard for her upcoming film ‘Silence’ (Nishabdam in Telugu). The shoot of the film has been completed and is said to be releasing on 2 April 2020. The movie team didn’t speak anything about the postponement of the film because of the outbreak of the Coronavirus as the closure of malls and movie theatres will end on 31 March 2020.
