Baby needs extra scenes to fill out its running duration!

We were all aware of the current controversy surrounding the movie Baby. This movie made waves worldwide and went on to earn enormous sums of money comparable to films with large budgets.

The movie reportedly cost 12 crores to produce, yet it produced between 50 and 60 crores in profits. The film's director, Sai Rajesh, reportedly finished almost 5 hours of filming, which was later edited down to 2 hours and 47 minutes for the theatres. According to reports, the final runtime was severely condensed while excluding a number of scenes.

The most recent information we have is that the filmmakers intend to release an extended version of the film with a longer running duration. The runtime would increase by a few of the major scenes.

According to reports, this decision was made because there were not many complaints that lasted for a long time at the time. According to reports, the extra scenes include private moments between Viraj and Vaishnavi Chaitanya as well as sequences with Anand's mother. Official confirmation has not yet been issued, though.
