CM KCR Press Meet Highlights, Lockdown 4.0 Guidelines

Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao held a cabinet meeting with ministers and officials to discuss on new guidelines to be issued in Telangana as Lockdown 4.0 begins today.

KCR, also made it clear that lockdown would be implemented till May 31 as declared by the Union government and opened on other new guidelines as well.

Except the ones in Red zones, all business establishments and shops in Telangana State will be open from Tuesday. E-commerce services have been allowed to restart in the state.

TSRTC buses would ply across the State except in the State capital, where metro and RTC services would continue to be suspended.

Also, there would be no inter-State services of buses. Saloon and barber shops have been permitted to open on alternative days. salons too can open across the State. Schools, gyms, malls, theatres, places of worship, pubs, clubs, among other things, would continue to remain closed.

While addressing the media, KCR said that we have to learn to live with the virus. There will be no restriction on work but people have to take all the precautionary measures like wearing masks, maintaining physical distancing and personal hygiene.
