Former Supreme Court Judge Unveils Book Celebrating N. Chandrababu Naidu's Political Legacy
Former Supreme Court judge V. Gopala Gowda unveiled a book titled 'Maha Swaapnikudu' (A Great Visionary) on former Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu on February 11. Commemorating the occasion, Mr. Gowda highlighted Mr. Naidu's illustrious political career, which began during his days in the Youth Congress in the late 1970s and continued through his impactful tenure in the Telugu Desam Party (TDP), founded by his father-in-law N.T. Rama Rao.
Describing Mr. Naidu as a dynamic leader who left a lasting imprint on national politics, Mr. Gowda underscored his instrumental role in the elevation of prominent figures like Atal Bihari Vajpayee, H.D. Deve Gowda, and I.K. Gujral to the Prime Minister's post during his tenure leading the United Front and supporting the NDA. Moreover, he lauded Mr. Naidu's unwavering commitment to the development and welfare of Andhra Pradesh, both as a unified state and post its bifurcation. His dedication to the betterment of society, particularly in the residuary state of A.P., earned him widespread acclaim.
The event also saw TDP ex-officio Polit Bureau member T.D. Janardhan, former Minister N. Raghu Ram, and former MLA N. Rajakumari share their thoughts on Mr. Naidu's remarkable contributions.
