Hybrid Work Model Is The New Model For Indian Employees?

Due to the pandemic, after 2 years of adjusting to the Work From Home (WFH) concept, there is some reluctance among employees to return full-time to the offices. And if not entirely the WFH, most employees strongly pitch for the hybrid work model.
The hybrid work model has become the new normal, as per the global study initiated by HP Inc. A hybrid work model boosts productivity and gives Indian employees a much-needed work-life balance, according to the study.
Employers, too, have something to cheer about as employees indicate a higher probability of staying in their current job if given a hybrid work option.
92% of those surveyed concurred that a hybrid work environment improves work-life balance, while 88% agreed that the new normal increased employee retention. Also, 72% found the hybrid work model to be more productive.
From the survey results, the hybrid model is seen as increasing productivity, making employees focus better, and providing flexibility to get work done. Almost 47% believed that home productivity with office visibility gives them a better chance of promotion and more opportunities to demonstrate their abilities and build relationships with their team members.
