Immigration Agency Ordered By US Court

The two week period is given to USCIS for the explanations of massive delays and rejections in H-1B visas, by United States District Court. The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has recently received an order from the district court to provide explanations.
The explanations have to be provided in two week time about the H-1B visas rejection, massive delays and also on the change in the rule that has adversely affected and impacted the IT industries and services companies.
Large numbers of petitions were filled by IT Serve Alliance, a collation of IT companies, service companies in the US and Several members companies, against the change of rules.
The H-1B visa denial or massive delays adversely impact on the companies, approximately 20 to 80% was the denial rate for IT companies and for non-service companies the rate was 1%.
The changes in the rule made the visa process very lengthy, approximately ranging from few days to few months.
