Ind Vs Nz moment that showed why Dhoni rules millions of hearts

India vs. New Zealand 3 rd T20 match which took place in Seddon Park in Hamilton on Sunday concluded with the defeat of India by 4 runs. With India losing the series with 2-1, there was an occasion during the match that has been viral and flooding the media.

MS Dhoni once again proved that he is humble and one the best player India can ever have. During the third ODI, one of the million crazy fans broke the security barrier to run into the ground and meet his idol Dhoni. The incident happened during the first innings when the wicketkeeper Dhoni was behind the stumps doing his job promptly. Suddenly, an Indian fan came running on the ground with the Indian flag in his hand towards MS Dhoni.

He touched Dhoni’s feet in respect and with it, the Indian flag which the fan was carrying was also in his legs. But the former Indian captain had the amazing presence of mind and showed his utmost love for India as he took the flag from the fan’s hand and gave the utmost respect to it. He also tried to keep the fan away from him but he ran away as the security guards were after him and were happy as he was able to touch Dhoni’s feet.

This gesture of MS Dhoni who did not let the flag touch the ground was appreciated by all.
