Indian Cricketers follow Mantra of Relax, Rest and less training before World Cup
Before the big event, Indian Cricket Team has been sparing no time to relax and rest. The Team has strictly been advised by the management to stay away from Practice sessions and to spend more time in leisure activities before leaving for World Cup 2019.
TOI sources have also confirmed that top leading players like Rohit Sharma, Captain Kohli and Chahal are spending their leisure time with their family and relaxing in either Goa or Maldives.
The new move has been initiated by the Indian Cricket Team just a few days before the Big event- World Cup 2019. It is also clear that a day before the World Cup, all members of the Team have also been instructed to leave for London for the big event.
This is one of the best ways that the Team members say is more effective so they can later on focus entirely on performing its best in the event at London.
World Cup Schedule – 2019
The Team, with all its players and Captain Kohli are expected to assemble for the World Cup 2019 on 21st May. Early 22nd the Players shall be leaving for London to join other teams for the major event.
As per the Team captain and management committee, it is obvious that before the players actually get drained playing big matches, they need to take a break from their hectic schedule. This will always prove helpful for players as they can perform at their best in the Big event.
Keeping this in mind, Rohit Sharma was seen enjoying and relaxing in Maldives, while Captain Kohli was with his family for vacation in Parague. Latest updates have also been made that Yuzvendra Chahal was also seen enjoying with his family in Goa.
