Karnam Malleswari Biopic Shelved!

Earlier, noted Telugu scriptwriter and bankroller Kona Venkat announced that he would be producing Karnam Malleswari biopic and gave a couple of updates on the upcoming project. MVV Cinema and Kona Film Corporation were supposed to bankroll the bilingual project.

Budding movie maker, Sanjana Reddy was approached in to helm the project and there were rumors that Rakul Preet Singh is in serious consideration for the lead role. However, as per the latest reports it was heard that the supposed bilingual movie has been shelved due to issues pertaining the script.

The close sources has revealed that the makers were not on the same page in regard to the script and there were a few creative differences between them. With the final call of the script taking forever to materialize, the makers have reportedly decided to shelve the film.

However the official statement were not done by the makers, they are yet to comment about the shelving of the film soon.
