MS Dhoni instructs Kedar Jadhav to bowl against Henry Nicholls
Dhoni with his experience, skills and the sharp brain has always been an important asset to Indian team guiding the team to the win as far as limited overs format is considered.
In a recent match with New Zealand where India won by a huge margin, Dhoni once again proved his deep cricketing knowledge as he instructed part-time spinner Kedar Jadhav to bowl a particular line to Kiwi’s frontline batsman – Tom Latham.
Latham who was looking dangerous was well set at the crease. When Kedar Jadhav was bowling the 37-year old Dhoni urged Jadhav to hold one end up and bowl a particular line to Latham. This conversation was caught in the stump microphone which recorded Dhoni saying, “Bhai Esa Dalega to Rakh Le Tu’.
It is worth mentioning that it is not the first time when Dhoni’s suggestion has come good for an Indian spinner. There have been numerous instances of his insights to spinners instantly working for the team.
With the world cup nearing Dhoni 's skills, experience and huge cricketing knowledge will surely be the biggest advantage Indian team will have.
