Niharika's Wedding Theme Revealed

It is known news that, Niharika and Chaitanya are going to tie the knot at 7:15 PM today at a beautiful palace in Udaipur. But before that, the duo got themselves a dream wedding week which is unforgettable.

If their Native American-themed bridal shower and the traditional pelli kuturu attracted by friends, family and fans, followed was a fully filmy affair, complete with the star guests flying to the destination in their private jets, and shaking their leg with the bride and groom at their sangeet ceremony.

While the couple had eyes only for each other, they did take to the stage with their close friends, as well as the bride’s star cousins, such as Allu Arjun and Ram Charan. All of them shook their leg to the Mega family’s greatest hits, such as Aunty Kutura from Chiranjeevi’s Bavagaru Baagunara.

Niharika, whose beautiful images have been trending all over social media, sure made for an unconventional bride-to-be as far as her style is concerned, Ashwin Mawle, is her stylist and reveals that apart from the pelli koothuru ceremony, where she went all traditional by opting to don her mother’s silk saree, all the outfits she picked for the events are in tune with the theme of the event.

The wedding wardrobe has everything from kurtas and palazzo sets to pattu sarees and lehengas, each and every outfit matches the colour theme of the event. The sangeet ceremony had a ‘Glam n Glossy’ theme, she wore a classy emerald green gown with sequins. For the Mehendi ceremony and sun-downer, there was ‘Indian Vibrant’ theme, so we saw her wearing a lilac dress and later, a lehenga in rainbow colours.

For the Haldi function, today she has picked a yellow kurta-palazzo set, and for the wedding ceremony, there’s a specially woven kanjeevaram pattu saree in light pink and gold, with the theme ‘Royal Affair’ and for the reception on Friday, Niharika will be wearing a lehenga that’s straight out of a fairy tale.
