Notice Sent To Nayathara And His Husband’s Hospital!

A lot of chatter has been doing rounds regarding actress Nayantara and her husband, director Vignesh Shivan, regarding how the couple became parents as the couple announced recently that they are the proud parents of twins, which set a lot of controversies.

The TN government kept a close eye on the couple after it was rumored widely that they violated the laws of surrogacy.

A notice was sent to the private hospital which took care of the surrogacy procedure, which posed the following question to the hospital: “Why the ART center of the hospital should not be shut down for not retaining the documents in the surrogate mother case?”

The health department also constituted a 4 member panel to investigate the process of their surrogacy.

Tamil Nadu Health Minister, Ma Subramanian, informed the media that the hospital will have to face legal action for not maintaining the documents regarding the procedures of the couple, and for not maintaining information about the mother. This news comes as a huge relief for the couple though, as they have not been found guilty.
