PM Modi – The Record Breaker

Apart from his political achievements, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is also known for breaking some records and creating history. It is quite interesting to know that his list of records is getting longer by time.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi achieves yet another career milestone on Thursday as he becomes the longest-serving Indian PM of non-Congress origin.
Vajpayee ji served for 2,268 days, with all his terms put together while PM Narendra Modi, has Vajpayee’s 2,268 days in all his terms combined as the prime minister of India.
He has also become the 4th longest-serving Prime Minister in the history of India, replacing Vajpayee with just Jawaharlal Nehru, Indira Gandhi and Manmohan Singh ahead of him now.
PM Modi has completed over six years as the Indian PM. The Bharatiya Janata Party, with PM Modi as its face, won its second term.
On 5 August itself, PM Modi made three records as he became the first-ever prime minister to visit the Ram Janmabhoomi. It was also the first instance when a prime minister visited Hanuman Garhi. And, he became the first prime minister to participate in the ‘bhoomipujan’.
