Pulwama terror attack - Pradeep Kumar was on call with his family just before the blast

Palwama terror attack has affected the life of many CRPF personnel’s families who has lost their husband/son/father in a blast by a suicide bomber who slammed his SUV into the convoy carrying the jawans.

The tragedy that happened with Neerja has moved the entire world. She lost her husband Pradeep Kumar in the incident.

Moments before the attack Neerja was talking on phone with her husband but even before the talk was over Neerja heard a loud sound post which the call was disconnected. She tried calling back but was not able to connect with her husband. She was afraid and she came to know about the attack on CRPF con voy through television but was not sure of her husband.

It was later in the evening that she received the call this time forming the CRPF control room who informed her about the death of her husband. She was completely torn apart and was shocked.

Pradeep Kumar was a father of two daughters. “He loved his younger daughter Manya very much. He was asking about her but before I could tell him in detail about Manya the phone was disconnected,” Neerja said.

This terror attack is been condemned by the entire world with India warning Pakistan to face the consequences and deciding to completely isolate it.
