RTC Adopt Measures To Help Students Reach Exam Halls On Time

Exam season is coming and along with the students, parents and even the government is making various arrangements to make them feel comfortable in this stressful time.

The same is being done by the Telangana Road Transport Corporation. RTC is making special arrangements in the Greater Hyderabad Zone to help students writing Intermediate and other exams reach their centers on time.

The government has planned some measures to ensure that the students reach their venue on time, which includes the free traveling for the students who are boarding buses to reach their exam hall irrespective of routes mentioned on their bus passes. The measures would be applicable between February 1 to February 20 and from March 4 to March 23.

However, only those students who have a bus pass with them can avail of this free travel feature. Other students without bus passes would have to pay the regular fares for travel.

Also, the government will see that buses ply on time and reach on time on the major bus stops. For this, the government will introduce a supervisory staff who will look at the timings.

Enforcement zonal squads jeeps will be deployed by the local government to clear off the traffic jams in the wee hours. Also, rush from the buses will be taken care of ensuring the speedy movement of buses from important stops.
